Say hello to Karen who has over 15 years industry experience. Hand selected by Dr. Rashpal Singh after a rigorous selection process, we’re thrilled to find the perfect fit for the DRS Clinic team. Karen’s core values and skills align with those of our own and having undergone training with Dr. Singh previously, Rashpal knew she would be an instant asset to the team. Dr Singh has always been impressed by the warm and friendly approach offered by Karen, alongside her skills in assessing patients and her ability to produce natural outcomes . Carly started her journey with DRS Clinic in 2018 as we first opened our doors. Having worked in the aesthetic industry for over 15 years as a skin and laser therapist, Carly has worked with industry-leading products and machines. Carly states “I am proud to be a part of this fantastic team, being able to offer the very best in skincare and treatments. Working at DRS clinic and with this team I feel my knowledge has really grown. Skincare has always been my passion and I love that I’ve been able to make it my career. It's so rewarding helping patients improve their skin health and manage skin conditions.” Carly is a proud mum of two who enjoys hiking, mountain climbing and getting out for long walks with her dog. Lucy is an experienced aesthetician with over nine years in the skincare industry. She has uniquely qualified with an FDA in Aesthetics in 2017 from Newcastle College! Lucy's passion for helping others achieve healthy, glowing skin has driven her to specialise further in acne treatments, where she brings expert knowledge and tailored solutions to each individual patient. Throughout her career, Lucy has worked both as a therapist and a clinic manager, gaining a well-rounded understanding of the industry from multiple perspectives. Her commitment to professional growth is reflected in her ongoing training and dedication to staying at the forefront of skin care innovations.

Please welcome Laura, a former Team GB swimmer who represented her country internationally at the age of just 14! Since this amazing achievement, Laura has enjoyed a varied and interesting career travelling the eastern Caribbean on cruise ships as a spa therapist for a reputable company. Laura has also worked for a skincare brand for four years. Helping people look their personal best is in Laura's blood and as part of the team she teaches up to Level 3 Beauty Therapy at a college.
